These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MOLOKO.VIDEO, a content publishing platform operated at video.molokogroup.ru (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
MOLOKO.VIDEO is a content management and publishing platform that enables users to:
- Connect their TikTok accounts via TikTok Login Kit
- Upload and manage video content
- Publish videos to TikTok using the TikTok Content Posting API
- Schedule content for automatic publishing
- View publishing history and basic analytics
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MOLOKO.VIDEO, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account and TikTok Connection
- To use the Service, you must connect a valid TikTok account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not connect accounts that you do not own or have authorization to use
- You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time
4. Acceptable Use
When using MOLOKO.VIDEO, you agree not to:
- Upload or publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or deceive others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
5. Content Ownership and Responsibility
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service
- By uploading content, you grant MOLOKO.VIDEO a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to TikTok
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
- MOLOKO.VIDEO does not review or moderate content before publishing
6. Third-Party Services
MOLOKO.VIDEO integrates with TikTok and is subject to TikTok's terms and policies:
We are not responsible for TikTok's services, availability, or any changes to their platform or policies.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MOLOKO.VIDEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for content published to TikTok through the Service or any consequences thereof
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time:
- You may stop using the Service and disconnect your TikTok account
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow, Russia.
